Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Great Learning.
Management Trainee
It was a campus recruitment thing. We had to submit an assignment first, then there were 2 interview rounds. The interviews were technical and based on the assignment and my CV.
- What is your motivation for joining Great Learning?
Manager
The interview process involved two interview rounds and an assignment. It was a smooth experience overall, and I received ample information regarding the role's specifics. I had a discussion with the division head, who shared insights into the company's vision and my department's strategic direction.
- Can you share details about your previous experiences, highlighting both achievements and setbacks?
Manager
Made to wait for 1.5hrs total - in between and prior to interview. The HR Sanchari doesn’t know what she is doing , very unprofessional and lost. During the interview the interviewer almost seemed like he was taking responses personally! They need to at least behave like professionals.
- What makes you want to change jobs, and what are the parallels or divergences between your prior role and this one?
