It started with an HR screening, then a video call with the HR Director and General Counsel about the job and what it's like working here. After that, it was an onsite interview with the General Counsel and CEO, followed by meeting the legal team and getting a tour of the office.

This company's interview process was a real letdown, lasting a crazy three hours before I got rejected. It felt like they totally didn't care about my time. Three hours is way too long to judge someone, especially when it just ends in a rejection. It was such a waste. What made it worse was the silence, both during and after the interview, with no clue how I was doing. The rejection email was super generic, no real explanation at all. It just screamed unprofessional and disrespectful. Honestly, the whole thing with Great HealthWorks was super inefficient and just not professional. Save yourself the headache and maybe don't waste your time here if they don't value yours.

The process was pretty straightforward. I had meetings with three different people on three separate days, and then on a fourth day, I came in to do the hiring paperwork. It did take some time, but now that I'm an employee, I understand why it's necessary. Great Healthworks really wants to find the perfect candidate and they don't just settle. They seriously look at every part of a person to make sure they're the right fit.

First I talked to the recruiter, then I had to take an assessment test. After that there were some prescreening phone calls, and then a final interview. The interview process was with a small group of people. I had to go through a full day of different levels of testing skills.
