First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Great Harvest Bread Co..
Sales Associate
It was easy and went very smoothly! Everyone was super nice and welcoming. It seems like a great environment to work in, I'd totally recommend it. No complaints at all. They had great food and a good local community vibe with friendly customers.
- How do you adjust your approach based on different types of customers?
Customer Service Representative
It was a standard customer service interview, not much to report. The interviewers were nice enough, but the job itself was a bit of a mixed bag because one manager had issues with all the employees. Since it's a franchise, my experience might not be typical for everyone.
- How do you manage when you're under pressure?
Cashier
My current manager asked me some questions about my availability, like how many hours I could work each week, if I could work during the holidays (around Thanksgiving and Christmas), and what times of day I could work. After I answered, I was hired and we started on the paperwork.
- What is your weekly hour availability?
- Are you available to work during the holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas?
- What times of day are you available to work?
Mixer
The interview process involved an initial phone call, which was followed by an in-person interview stage. No further calls were made, and ultimately the employer decided to pursue other candidates. The interactions with the team were pleasant.
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
