First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Great Falls Marketing.
Sales
Had a phone chat for about 20 minutes with two people who could be future coworkers and the recruiter. It started right on time and was pretty chill, nothing to stress about. Just some basic questions about when I'm available and stuff.
- How does your previous experience qualify you for this role?
Customer Service Representative
The interview was conducted over the phone because of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The HR representative, Tracy Dumont, was very friendly and easy to talk to, making for a great overall interview. The questions were simple, and the atmosphere was very relaxed, which put me at ease throughout. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal job interview, which was a really positive experience.
- Could you tell me about your experience level?
- Can you share a negative experience you've had working in customer service?
- Describe a situation where you had to handle a challenging customer.
Manager
The interview process included a phone screen, followed by an in-person meeting with two of the owners. They mentioned that they don't often hire externally, so my experience might have been different from the norm. The owners are great people and really made me enthusiastic about the role. They detailed what their organization was lacking and what they needed. I got the impression that their interview was more about assessing cultural fit, as they already believed I possessed the necessary experience.
- In five years, where do you envision yourself?
- What aspects of your work energize you?
- How do you believe you can elevate our company?
Agent Success Leader
The process is pretty straightforward. You'll start with a phone screening, and if that goes well, you'll move on to an in-person interview. During the in-person, they'll let you listen to a sample call, and then ask you a bunch of questions.
- Can you tell me about your personality?
- What's your sales background like?
- What's your work history?
