Intern
The interview process started with a written test which was very easy. It involved answering just one question within an hour. The question was sent at the start of the session, and the HR left the meeting without requiring the camera or microphone to be on.
- A situational question was asked, which was very basic and easy.
Financial Controller
HR set up a quick Zoom/Teams call, which was a positive and friendly chat. I got insights into the job, the team, and the management approach. The hiring manager made a swift decision not to proceed, so the interview process wasn't drawn out.

The last round was a one-on-one with the manager and HR. They seemed nice at first, asking about my CV and how I could contribute. However, they immediately frowned upon my answer about negotiating the contract period and salary.
