I applied online. The corporate recruiter set up a video interview with the hiring manager. I didn't get any feedback after that, but about two weeks later, I was contacted for another phone interview that same day. A few weeks after that, I reached out to the recruiter for an update but was ghosted. It wasn't a good experience.

Met the HR manager at a job fair for military vets. After dropping my resume, I got a call for an interview 3 weeks later. At the interview, the HR manager explained the job to me and gave me a tour of the plant, showing me the production processes. Then I met the plant manager briefly. The next day, I got a call back to meet the other supervisors. I spent about six hours on the plant floor learning about their roles and departments. I got another call back to discuss job expectations and how I'd help meet company goals with the plant manager. The next day, I got a call back to negotiate salary.
