I had an interview with the clinical manager and another therapist. Then, a few days later, I interviewed with the entire therapist team. I got an offer from the clinical services manager within two days. The first interview felt like they wanted to get to know me and see if I'd fit in with their team. The team interview was shorter, and I got to ask them about the work and daily tasks.

The interview process was quick and easy. The zoom interview was great, but the in-person interview was bad, to say the least. The interviewer showed no engagement. Overall, it was not a good experience. They said I was too young and lacked experience, despite me having 2 years of behavioral experience and 2 degrees.

I had conversations with HR about start date and salaries. Then, I went through two interviews with team members, one person in the first and two in the second. After that, I had to pass a background check, drug test, and physical. The entire process lasted about 3 weeks.

It was good and comprehensive. I have nothing else to say. Glassdoor is making me fill something out to look at their site. I think this is stupid. I am a college student looking for a job. Just let me look at the stupid site.
