Honestly, it's too much: four interviews, delays, tests, and in the end a 'no'. We could respect candidates' time by simplifying the process and giving clear signals much earlier.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

the process was very complete and easy to follow, with relevant questions and a desire to find the ideal profile. HR did their job very well. I have nothing more to say about the process.

Behavioral Technical

You apply on the GRDF website or other job sites. The HR team looks at your CV and cover letter to see if you fit the job. They might call you first to check basic stuff like experience, if you can start, and if you're keen. Then, you'll chat with a recruiter, either on the phone or video, about your work history, why you want the job, and what you expect salary-wise. After that, you'll meet with someone from HR and maybe your future manager. They'll ask about your experience, your technical skills, and how you handle situations. They might give you a scenario or ask questions based on what the job involves. They'll also want to know about GRDF's values and if you'd fit in. Depending on the job, you might have to do some practical tests (like for technical roles) or personality/aptitude tests. If everything goes well, the management gives the green light, and you'll get a contract offer. You sign it and get ready to start.

Behavioral Technical Other

First, I had a phone call with a recruiter, then a video interview with the same person. It was good, a real discussion. After that, I had to do some tests: a 'psychological' test and then a job-specific test (multiple choice scenarios). If I passed, I had in-person interviews with the manager, HR, and the site manager. These interviews weren't really discussions, more like judgments on me. I felt like they thought I was an idiot. They asked the same repetitive questions for 2 hours. Whatever I said about my past experiences, they judged it. The interviewers seemed to have only worked at this company for 20 years and were very comfortable, not knowing anything about the outside work world. I didn't get the job, but I don't regret it because I understood their mentality. I didn't feel comfortable at all, and I knew I didn't want to work there.
