I went through three rounds of interviews with Graybox. What was nice was that in two of them, the interviewers seemed to really care about my experience and how I think about solving problems from a high level.

We connected four times on Zoom and phone calls. I got to talk to a few team members I'd be working with. All my interviews with GrayBox were good and I enjoyed them.

Behavioral Technical

I went through two interviews for this company. They really got my hopes up and I was super sure I was gonna get the job because they said I'd be a perfect fit, especially for a specific project, but then they just ghosted me. I reached out via email and text to my contact person who said they'd let me know, and even asked if they could call me, but I never heard back or got a response, and they never told me their decision. I was left hanging for more than a month.

It was a pretty thorough process, focused more on your ability to solve problems rather than remembering random algorithms and O complexity logic. It was a nice experience over all, and they also looked at how you'll be able to work with a team.
