It seemed easy, I had 2 video call interviews. It's been a month since I interviewed. I followed up and was told the team was not available to make a decision. I ended up accepting another role. Why are they interviewing but not following through to give a firm answer if someone is hired or not.

I had an in-person interview for this job and met with the General Sales Manager. She thought I was perfect and then tried to switch me to an Account Executive role, but I said no. A year later, they contacted me about an open Multimedia Sales Manager role. I interviewed with the President of the TV station, had a good conversation, and he wanted me to meet the team. However, he never followed up. The recruiter mentioned he liked me but decided to take on the job and the President job himself. A few months later, I interviewed for another Multimedia Sales Manager role. I met with the GSM and President of a different station, and again, they tried to switch me to an AE role because the manager role was promised to someone internal. Finally, about a year after that, I was contacted about a Regional Sales Manager role. I had two great interviews and was told I'd proceed to a third interview, but never heard back.

It was a formal process and the questions were relevant to the job. Overall, a good experience. The questions were what you'd expect for a sales role.

Had two rounds of interviews with managers, HR, the General Manager, and the marketing team. I also had to give a sales pitch. We asked and answered questions, and I met the team. It felt like a really easy process.
