Assistant Director
The initial phone interview was pretty standard, mostly just gathering basic info. The next interview, done over Skype, was a totally different experience - it felt really unprofessional, like the interviewer wasn't engaged at all. The person who did the phone screen seemed much more into it. After about half an hour, the Skype interviewer mentioned the process would take about three weeks and I'd hear back. Well, I never did hear back in that timeframe, and they haven't replied to any of my calls or emails, which I found pretty rude and unprofessional. Honestly, there seems to be a lot that's not quite right with this company, and I wouldn't suggest working here.

Assistant Director
The first round was a phone interview lasting 15-20 minutes where they asked about my experience in non-profit work, volunteering, and canvassing. It was a short interview and they offered me a second interview at the end. The second round was a Skype interview for 30-45 minutes. We went deeper into my experience with leadership and hard work. I needed to know about the company, its work, and the position I was applying for. They said they'd get back to me in about 2 weeks, but I got an offer just 4 days later.
- Can you tell me about a time you demonstrated leadership?
- Would you be prepared to work 60-80 hours per week?
- What drives your passion for this kind of work?
Assistant Director
I applied online through Indeed.com or something and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later. The recruiters are super nice, they give you detailed descriptions of the job. The first interview was over the phone and I was basically just asked the generic interview questions. The second interview was over Skype and was very informal. I was mostly just asked how I work with a team and to describe certain experiences that might relate to the job description. I got a call back a few days later with a job offer. They did a background check and I was told that I'd need to be in Denver at the beginning of the following month.
