It was a nice and short interview process. Since it's a pharmaceutical company, it focused heavily on reaction engineering. There was an exam with both aptitude and domain-specific questions. Overall, it was a great experience.

The interview went really well. I had a great conversation with the GPI team. Their HR manager was responsive throughout the whole process. We ended up with an offer. I asked if they could be flexible with my working hours on Fridays because I need to pick up my son from school, and they were okay with that.

I applied online back in January 2019, and it took them about two months just to give me a call for an interview. I went in for an in-person interview where they asked me general behavioral questions and inquired about my experience with various analytical methods. They mentioned HR would get in touch, but two more months passed with no word. They seemed pretty clueless about my qualifications, asking me unnecessary questions about things already detailed on my resume.

Talked to a recruiter first. Then had a really long interview, about 2.5 hours total, where I met with 5 people from the Quality team. Everyone was really nice and professional. They really focused on my GMP/GDP experience. I'm waiting to hear if they'll make me a job offer.
