Behavioral Presentation

I applied online in November 2018 and heard back about a week later. The first interview was a 20-minute phone call with a Group Customer Success Manager. About a week after that, I had another phone interview, this time for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, also with a Group Customer Success Manager. A week later, I got an email to move forward, and a week and a half after that, I had my final interview. This was a mock QBR over Zoom where I had to present my own presentation using mock farm data. It was tough because I wasn't familiar with it. I didn't make it to the final in-office interview. It took three weeks to get an update from HR after I followed up a couple of times. The waiting for the final round update was the only downside; everyone else was friendly and HR was quick to respond. I thought Granular's interview process was really thorough, and I'm bummed I didn't get the chance to work there.

I was emailed to schedule an interview. I was then contacted with a time that worked for the recruiter and my time block. The phone interview was around 25 minutes. I received a follow-up email within two weeks saying they would not be moving forward with my application. If you inquire, they will provide an explanation for why you weren't selected.

Behavioral Presentation Case

It was a really long interview process. First, I had a recruiter call. Then, I spoke with a Senior CSM. After that, I had to prepare and give a 20-minute presentation and then participate in a 40-minute mock QBR with three interviewers. The final stage was supposed to be an in-person interview and a meeting with the Senior Manager, but that meeting didn't happen. When I arrived for the in-person part, they gave me a t-shirt, notepad, and pen, along with benefits and other information, which was confusing since I wasn't hired. I felt like I put in a lot of effort, but I was rejected at the very end, possibly due to my age seen in person. The whole experience and the many steps just to be rejected last minute were baffling.
