Graduate Student
it wasn't too hard once you practice the questions. its important to just keep calm and take your time, they give you 30 seconds to prepare for your answer.
- Can you tell me about a learning experience that was particularly valuable to you?
Graduate Trainee Audit
First, you fill out an application form and then complete an online test with numerical and verbal exercises and information analysis. If successful, you'll move on to a Hirevue video interview with mostly competency-based questions, and a timed case study where you analyze figures and write a short report. If you pass those stages, you'll be invited to an experience day at one of their offices. There are usually 5-10 other applicants, and you'll do a group exercise and a one-to-one skill-based interview.
- Could you introduce yourself?
Graduate Trainee
You start with an application form where you answer standard motivation questions and explain your reasons for applying. Then there are online assessments, which were pretty easy from what I remember. After that, there's a video interview with typical competency and situational questions. The case study was next and by far the hardest round, so definitely practice summarizing large amounts of info fast. Then a group assessment and finally the last interview.
