First, there was an initial chat with the recruiter and the line manager. Then, we moved on to a formal presentation which I had an hour to prep for, followed by a Q&A session. After that, I had a conversation with the service line leader. The final step was a casual meeting with some colleagues.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed for the Associate role at this company. The interview went well, but they took over 2 months to get back to me after I emailed them multiple times. I was surprised by the lack of communication from such a large, professional firm. It’s generally expected to receive feedback or at least an update within a reasonable timeframe. It really only takes a moment to send an email or make a call to inform a candidate of their status. Leaving someone waiting that long without any response is unprofessional and discourteous.
