Had an initial phone screen, then a face-to-face interview with the PMO Director and some of her team. The Director was new and was hiring a bunch of Program Managers for her office. The interviewers had varying levels of time with the company, some were recent hires, others had been there a while.

Applied on-line, then got a call from a corporate recruiter for a phone interview. After that, I got an interview questionnaire to fill out and send back. The next step was a call to come in for an interview. I met with two management team members. It was a really informative and relaxed interview. I got a call about a week later with an offer.
