- What are your strengths
Nurse Practitioner
I talked to the providers. No technical questions were asked. They asked about my background and interests. The contract took the most time. They offered me the job verbally. They didn't say the starting salary until I reviewed the contract.
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
- What interests you about working with us?
Courier Driver
I sent in my application online and got a call for a phone interview within 5 days. A few days after that, I went for an in-person meeting with two people at a local office. The interview wasn't too tough, and they didn't ask a ton of questions. One of them mentioned that she felt empathy was crucial for this job, saying they could teach the route but not empathy. They said they'd let me know by the end of the week about their decision, but I didn't get an offer, even though I've been driving professionally for years and have a clean record. I feel like the interviewer who brought up empathy could use some herself. While I don't expect someone in their 30s to fully grasp the challenges someone over 50 faces trying to find a good job with benefits, it would be nice if they could at least try to understand my situation.
- Can you tell me something about yourself?
- What makes you a better candidate than others for this position?
- How do you feel about empathy being a key trait for this job?
Sleep Technologist
Tamara was very pleasant. The interview was primarily focused on sleep procedures and experience. A follow-up interview was with admin and doctors, and they were also very friendly. Great interview process and good people.
- Are you proficient in scoring?
