Davvero poco professionali.

The conversation itself was okay, but it mostly focused on my experience and knowledge. We only had a few minutes for me to ask questions about the assignment. It felt more like I had to prove myself rather than a relaxed get-to-know-you session.

It was pretty thorough. Started with a recruiter call for first impressions. Then a technical interview with the hiring manager. There was an online assessment, followed by a peer interview with department members. After that, I interviewed with the VP. Finally, a stakeholder interview to assess how we'd work together.
