I had about a 45-50 minute interview where they asked me a bunch of situational questions. Also, they wanted me to explain what a Business Analyst does, like their duties, skills, and main jobs.

Had an initial zoom interview where they first said camera off then on, then an on campus group interview. The hiring committee had questionable practices, broke confidentiality by revealing other candidates, and it was a strange experience for an Assistant Director role.

I emailed the graduate coordinator, and he got back to me with some questions about my background and experiences in my field. He also inquired about my Design and Programming skills, which are needed for the job duties. After I answered, he explained the position, job description, and the offer. He then asked if I was interested. I reviewed everything and found the offer to be good. I said yes and got accepted.
