After applying online, a recruiter called me about a week later to set up an interview. The interview day and the interview itself felt really relaxed and casual. I mostly talked about myself and my healthcare background. After that, I had a peer interview with an employee where I could ask her questions about the job.

The interview was pretty chill, they didn't ask much. It felt more informal than I thought it would be and the hiring managers were super nice. Just be yourself and show you're eager to be there.
