First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Granada Corporation.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process went well and was actually fast. They did try their best with the training, but in the end, I and the rest of my class had to drop it because the training sucked and wasn't even worth the 3 weeks.
- What makes you the right candidate for this role and what value can you add to the company?
Customer Service Representative
Two interviews to test your skills, see if you have the personality and if you are the right fit. They are looking for people with good voices, communication skills, and who think fast and wisely. It is an awesome position, working for great people and I feel that I have found my ideal place in the job world.
- How do you approach resolving customer issues?
Sales Associate
They started by giving me some company history and goals. Then, they asked me why I'd prefer working from home over a local job. The interview was a good back-and-forth, letting me understand their expectations and share mine. It was mostly to see if I was a good fit for the company.
- What are the main reasons you would choose a work from home job over a local job?
IT Systems Manager
The interview process was quick and to the point. I had no issues with the people interviewing me back then. It took three days from the interview to the test and then the hiring process.
- Can you describe your job history?
- What experience do you have?
