First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Graham Personnel Services.
Front Desk Receptionist
The interview process was very welcoming and informative. The interviewer was personable and made an effort to put me at ease. They had very good communication and made it a point to work with me to find a good time for both parties.
- What are your expectations for this position?
Warehouse Worker
The interview process was really straightforward and quick. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the job or the benefits offered at Graham personnel services and were very transparent about the day-to-day work environment.
- Do you have previous warehouse experience?
Human Resources
I talked to Jim V. about an HR job. I was excited but after talking with the hiring managers, I thought their managing style wasn't the best fit for me. They seemed to be figuring things out. The interview started smooth but got bumpy and took longer towards the end. Jim kept me updated though, he's one of the best recruiters I've worked with.
- What salary range are you looking for?
- What makes you want to work at this company?
- Tell me about a time when...?
Customer Service Representative
It went very well. The office is small and dingy, which was unnerving. I was told I was exactly what the company was looking for and would hear back from Graham within the next few days. I never heard anything back, and there was no follow-up from Graham unless I initiated it with emails to the recruiter.
- Can you describe a typical day in your previous role?
