The interview process is pretty short. They ask you a few questions about your property management experience. You gotta have at least 1 year of leasing experience. You'll meet with the regional manager and property manager to talk about your experience and skills for the job. The whole interview is about 15-20 minutes, super fast. They'll call you about the job afterwards. Sometimes you might have to interview with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator, and they're really nice.

I got contacted by the Regional Manager, who set up a phone interview. After that, I went in for a face-to-face interview. They offered me a position right after we met, but when I started, I was assigned to a different community than the one they initially offered.
