First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Graduation Alliance.
Teacher
I applied through Indeed and got a written interview through a Google form. A few days later, I had a video interview with two assistant principals who asked me around 4 or 5 questions.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to support a student?
- In which states do you hold teaching certifications?
- What subjects are covered by your teaching certifications?
Instructional Technologist
The process was quick and to the point, done over dinner. They asked if I could be an independent worker and self-starter, about my problem-solving skills, and past work experience. I met the project manager and started working remotely that week.
- Are you capable of being an independent worker and a self-starter?
- What are your problem-solving skills like?
- Could you tell me about your previous work experience?
Marketing Coordinator
After going through three rounds of interviews, which felt like a waste of time, they never even bothered to let me know I didn't get the job. It's a good thing I wasn't hired by them given the poor communication.
- Can you describe your approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously?
Sales
It was a pretty typical interview process. I had several phone interviews, including with the CEO and CDO. No surprises there. They asked questions about my past performance and also about how I think and approach strategy.
- Can you describe your experience selling within the K12 sector?
