The interview felt long for the role. The manager asked about my career aspirations and my motivation for applying. They also covered the perks of working at the hotel and restaurant. Additionally, the manager warned that the job gets really hectic during game season.

Had 2 interviews with some lovely, charming people who were really excited about me starting. I was honored to meet the GM during the first interview. He had a wonderful attitude, and he's definitely someone I respect and could see myself working hard for.

The interviewer was rigid, impersonal, and condescending, asking standard questions while barely making eye contact. He rudely interrupted and kicked a hotel guest out of the interview room, which I found unprofessional and against hotel customer service standards. I considered if this was a test, but his behavior seemed genuinely rude. He promised a call back the next day, stating 'everyone deserves respect,' but I never received it. While I would have declined due to his treatment of the guest, the lack of a follow-up call is bothersome because I do deserve respect.
