Client Services Manager
After applying online, I got a call from the owner, David, a few days later. He wanted to chat and see if it would make sense for us to move forward with an interview. I appreciated talking before an actual interview to see if this could be the right career move for me and vice versa. The interview process was really comfortable and professional. Then, I was called for a second interview, and the following week I was hired.
- What qualities do you possess that would make you an excellent candidate?
Tutor
The hiring process was easy and straightforward. The recruiting team was really friendly and nice to talk to, making the whole experience comfortable. I'm excited to see how the job goes once I start working there. I'll add more details later, but right now I'm looking into other reviews to be able to post my own.
- Can you share some information about your background?
- What are your working hours/days?
- What are you looking to earn?
Manager
Incrível e humano, bem orientado e conquista as pessoas pela quantidade de benefícios. Gostaria de no futuro compor o time. Durante todo o processo senti confiança em falar das minhas habilidades e fui respeitado naquilo que não sabia. Gostei demais do processo e indico a empresa de olhos fechados.
- What motivates me on a daily basis?
Math Tutor
It was a super easy process. You just fill out an online application and add your relevant work experience. After that, the company does a phone screening. Then you get added to their list and they contact you when a family needs a tutor.
- Can you tell me about your relevant work experience and for how long you have been doing it?
