The interview experience was great. The supervisor was nice and the facility was clean and seemed safe. I learned a lot about the company and its mission to better the community and its patients. I would highly recommend.

Had two interviews for this role. The first one felt pretty long, like almost an hour, which made it a bit nerve-wracking. They really dug into my past jobs and how I've handled conflicts. If you're new to mental health work, like straight out of college, you can still do well by highlighting your customer service skills, which is what I did. They want to know if you can work effectively with clients who have severe mental illnesses.

It was a quick, easy, and straightforward process. The HR and training staff were wonderful. It felt a bit unorganized, unprofessional, and unethical though. The company has great bones and good potential. The process involved fingerprints, a drug test, and one week of in-class training.
