It was two interviews with an evaluation. The process was fast and dynamic. The evaluation was about what will be done on the job and took about an hour. The first interview was with a senior and the second with the team lead.

I had an interview with the department manager in Amsterdam. They asked normal questions about my personality. I was given a text to rewrite, but I received the wrong version three times. Even when I got the correct text, the time wasn't extended, so I only had a few minutes for the actual test. Then, it was going to be reviewed by someone who isn't a native Norwegian speaker, which is typical. Because of this, I didn't pass, as Swedish people rarely understand native Norwegian. The coffee was also terrible, like pure concentrated coffee sludge that made me sick. Overall, it was a catastrophic interview experience due to incompetence and a lack of language skills from the company. Scandinvian people are used to honest and clear processes, not this kind of incompetence from the start.

It was more like an English question paper where the first page had a paragraph and below it questions related to it. Then later asked to write a synopsis of any movie or TV show. Had some grammatical questions too.
