The hiring process had two interview rounds. The first one was meeting with the team, talking about the job, how the team works together, and what I could bring. The second round was with the director to go over the company's big picture and strategy. Both chats were chill and made it easy to talk. The whole thing felt really nice, open, and simple, so I got what the job was and where I'd fit in.

PSR
It took two whole months for them to even set up an interview, and then they didn't even tell me that they need me to speak Spanish during the job interview. They hired me anyway, and I don't speak Spanish. When I asked the pay rate and the schedule and the start date, the manager did not even know.

The CEO had just been replaced and was still finding the bathroom, etc and jumped right into interviewing. Things seemed chaotic. There's a huge security process to get in the building, and they had failed to tell security I was coming, so I was not on the list. They were fixated on things like working weekends and covering certain hours as opposed to me as a person. Then they never got back to me. They seemed stiff and unfriendly.
- Are you available to work on Saturdays?
HR Generalist
Had a 15 minute phone interview which wasn't too tough. They asked good questions about my background and I learned more about the company and role. I was selected for an in-person interview but I declined that.
