It was easy, a simple, four interview process. I met with many different people and they asked interesting questions. Typical management questions, many about Microsoft teams, and I met with people from different positions in the company and answered an assessment. I also needed two references.

It was a standard 2-part interview for a new opening. They asked questions about my sales style, past roles, and how I would handle certain situations, like how I'd cope. I interviewed with someone who isn't there anymore.

Had a virtual chat with the hiring manager in Australia, then an in-person interview with the store manager and regional manager in Washington, DC. The virtual one was chill, just talking about my background and why I'm suited for this gig. But the in-store interview felt like they expected bridal store ninja-level skills, which was a bit much for a part-time role.

I went through 2 interviews for this role. First was a virtual call with the recruiter, and the second was an in-person interview. The whole process was easy, and the people were really friendly. There was a bit of a time difference since the recruiter is in Australia, but they handled it well.
