Teacher
I had a fantastic interview experience for a Teacher position. The process was really fun and organized. The interviewers were super friendly and easy to talk to, making it a comfortable environment where I could share my professional background. It felt more like a good chat than a formal interview. I left feeling even more positive about the company's culture. I'd definitely recommend this as a candidate experience!
- Do you think you could help with the company's growth?
Sales Associate
The interview process included evaluating communication skills, how you respect customers, punctuality, teamwork, and non-discrimination towards different ethnicities. It also covered aspects like smiling, being humble, respecting rules, cleaning up after work, and taking care of customers. Information about PTO time, holidays, and benefits was also discussed. Cleaning duties, ability to work, good cohesion with customers, and customer interaction were assessed. Product expertise, sales process, transaction handling, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive attitude were important. Additionally, building trust, following up, accurately addressing customer needs, increasing sales chances, keeping messages concise, continuing prospecting, asking good questions, and practicing active listening were key areas.
- How did you find out about our company?
Delivery Manager
This role is based in Shanghai, and there were 2 rounds of interviews conducted by interviewers from India. The first round was with the reporting manager, and the second round was with a peer. Their questions focused on your experience and your personality.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about a case study that left an impression on you.
Marketing Specialist
We started with a chat about the company's background, mission, and where it stands in the market. Then, the interviewer went over the job details, what's expected, and how the role fits into the marketing team. After that, they asked me about marketing strategies and my experience, like what makes a campaign work, how to track success, and examples from my past work. I also shared my thoughts on their current social media and how it could be better. To wrap up, I got a take-home assignment to create a social media campaign proposal for a new product, including goals, audience, content, and success metrics, which I'll present in the next round.
- Have you managed social media accounts before?
