Behavioral Presentation

They try to sell the job by making it seem like they are looking for intelligent graduates who are extremely competitive and hardworking. It's BS. They are looking for robots who can tirelessly talk all day on the phone. If you graduated from a top tire university and have some level of intelligence you will feel like you are interviewed by people who are not even as smart or eloquent as you are. It was clear that people who interviewed me weren't deep thinkers and didn't have much valuable insights at all. When I was giving my presentation only two people were there and neither seemed interested in what I was saying. You don't need much intelligence to do the job or ace the interview. You just need to know what to say to demonstrate your understanding of the industry and the role. After my final round of interview I immediately know I didn't want the job. I had to pay $18 for parking for an interview where I didn't feel like I was shown enough respect as a candidate. If you are actually an ambitious graduate from a top-tire school. DO NOT BOTHER. It's not worth the time.

Behavioral Presentation

You'll start with a phone interview with TA, then have an interview with the hiring manager (either in-person or phone). Next, there's a presentation with a Q&A session. After that, you'll interview with senior management or a Director, again it could be in-person or phone. Finally, you'll have a follow-up call with your TA rep (I'd be open with them about your situation and other opportunities). They make the offer pretty fast and the paperwork is quick.

Behavioral Case

I learned about the role at my university's career fair. After talking with a recruiter on the phone, I was invited to a "Super Day" onsite. This consisted of several in-person interviews with three VPs, each leading different industries. It was a thorough process that gave me a lot of insight into the recruiting field. The interviews were quick and challenging, requiring me to think fast. Talking to the VPs was great because it helped me understand their different areas of work and why they see themselves as market specialists. I also got a better sense of the company culture and how I might fit in. At the end, I was asked to pick my preferred team. It was a valuable learning experience, and I'm glad I prepared.
