Had a phone chat with HR for basic stuff. Then there was a psychometric test, which was a pain to get details for since they didn't send them on time. After that, a meeting with HR and the Hiring Manager. It was a bit weird because the HM called it a team lead role, not the manager job I applied for. Also, the reporting structure was fuzzy - HR said EGM, HM said him and CIO. Communication was rough; I had to chase them via email and then phone for a week after not hearing back. Finally got called two weeks later, only to be told they hired someone else.

It started with a recruiter call, then there were two interview stages with the employer. The first one was all technical, covering Terraform and mostly Azure DevOps stuff - if you've done AZ400, you'll be good. The second interview was more about behavioral and if you'd be a good fit, asking about how you handle your time, challenges (people, process, tech), and working with stakeholders.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I first checked in with the receptionist. Afterwards, HR guided me to the interview room where I met with the Service Desk manager and another interviewer.
