Project Manager
We had a 5 stage interview process, starting with an online assessment. The first stage was a phone screening. Then the Hiring Manager selected my resume. Stage 3 was an online assessment. Stage 4 was an interview with the Hiring Manager. The final stage, Stage 5, was an interview with the Agency Director of the place I would be deployed.
- Can you share your strengths?
Project Manager
There are two rounds of interviews. First, an HR representative will screen you. Then, you'll meet with both the hiring manager and an L2 manager simultaneously. The interview will focus mainly on your project management experience, with a strong emphasis on agile project experience. Expect a situational question that you'll receive 1 hour before the interview to prepare your response.
- Can you describe a particularly difficult project situation you encountered and explain how you successfully navigated it?
Agile Project Manager
The interview process had 5 rounds. First, there was a written assessment. Then, an online assessment followed. Finally, two interviews took place. The interviewer was nice and friendly.
- The agile assessment required significant hands-on experience to successfully answer the detailed questions.
