The interview process itself is actually okay and moves along smoothly. After an initial OA, there's a take-home assignment, then a technical panel interview, and after that, a senior leadership interview. Then you're put in a candidate pool. The team is really knowledgeable and friendly. But the hiring process overall is super unclear, slow, and lacks empathy. Like most applications, don't expect to hear back if you're rejected. I was kept hanging and never got a final answer, even when I mentioned another offer's deadline. Just a heads-up, their posting has been up since November 2025 and they keep reposting it.
