The interview was conducted by two interviewers, mostly in Cantonese, with some questions in English. The interview started with a self-introduction, followed by some questions on previous experiences on ECA and works. Then there were some situational questions (e.g. how to handle enquiries from members of the public, how to handle multiple tasks from the supervisors), The other interviewer also asked questions on current affairs.

It was a single round interview, with a panel of three executive officers. They asked me situational questions to see how I would handle them. For example, they asked about how I deal with office conflicts. They also asked me some questions related to recent news.

The interview process included one written test and then a panel interview with three interviewers that lasted about 30 minutes. The interview focused on technical and project skills. Most of the interview was in Cantonese, but I was also asked to answer questions in English and Mandarin.

It was a panel interview with three interviewers and myself. The interview was conducted in English and Cantonese. They asked me why I wanted to join the company, about my personal strengths and weaknesses. They also asked critical scenario questions, for example, how I would handle a difficult HR or staff problem. There was also one question about current affairs.
