Behavioral Technical Case
The interview process involved a recruiter call, followed by a technical screen where I was given 5 questions 15 minutes in advance and allowed to take notes. The interviewers focused on taking notes during this round, which lasted about 1.5 hours in total. Afterwards, there was a take-home skills test that included a short Excel assignment and a short essay. The Excel assignment was peculiar; the skills tested were basic, but the problem statement and content were confusing, similar to another interview experience where the question seemed to be created by someone lacking a grasp of fundamental statistics.
