There were about 5-6 questions asked using the STAR method. Two interviewers were present. It was not a high-stress interview and the panel was great. I felt ready for the questions. It was a pretty standard interview process. Overall, it was a good experience for me. I got the job offer.

The process took 2 hours total. First, there was a 30-minute written assignment, followed by a 1.5-hour panel interview with the hiring manager and one other person. It felt pretty intimidating because besides preparing for interview questions, you also had to get familiar with the ministry's projects, deliverables, and mandate, and also remember who's who.

There were two interviewers: the Customer Service Manager and the Regional Manager. They asked 4 questions that I didn't get to prepare for. They wrote down my answers on a score sheet. I felt like I messed up a couple of answers, but overall it was a good experience, and I got an offer a week later.
