The interview process was more of an interaction to understand my projects better, likely to help assign tasks. It wasn't a very serious interview, just a way to get to know my work. It was a good experience working at ISRO URSC as an intern.

So first they looked at my resume, and then I was given a research paper to read in about 15 minutes. After that, there was an interview where I had to talk about what I understood from the paper.

The entire process was very smooth and the questions asked were related to your cv. The HR support is also great during the entire process. The CV shortlist criteria is not available online, but I feel good grades in undergraduate and class 12 are helpful.
