Manager
There are many ways to describe the interview process. However, the words that I would choose are biased and would reflect a personal perspective. I can only say that it was done with professionalism and cordiality.
- Could you please state your name?
Management
The process was formal. It was an hour long and had three interviewers. The questions were focused on safety, my experience, and scenarios. The interview was online and well-formatted, and I got feedback in a timely manner. I just wish the interview felt a bit more focused on soft skills.
- What would be your course of action upon witnessing an unsafe act?
Case Manager
It was professional but lacked details. The whole process takes too long and you might wait up to a month to hear back.
- How do you feel about working remotely?
