Customer Service Representative Trainee
I applied online through a LinkedIn link and submitted my basic info, resume, and confirmed my computer's tech specs. A few days later, I got a call for an interview. The recruiter was really nice and asked standard questions like 'tell me about yourself' and about my past experience. They also had me share my screen to verify my computer specs and internet speed, and asked for a photo of my dual-monitor setup. I got an offer a few hours after that.
- Can you tell me about your previous customer service experience?
Customer Service Representative
It was a really practical and quick process, and all the questions felt relevant to the position. I also appreciated how they evaluated the assessments for this role. The interview felt like a conversation to gauge my English level. They also asked me to share my screen to check my internet speed and my PC's technical specs. For the most part, I felt quite at ease answering all the questions and discussing details about my previous career. I liked that I could get all my questions about how things work regarding payment, pay rate, and work periods answered without any problems.
- Are you comfortable handling customer interactions via chat, phone, and email?
- Would you be okay with sharing your screen to confirm your internet speed and PC technical information?
- Could you tell us about your previous work experience?
