Behavioral

It was an intern position, and the process was mostly behavioural. They didn't ask any coding or real technical questions. Overall, it was a really enjoyable and fair process. We discussed their project, and then they asked about my experience/resume and what I am mostly interested in.

I took a collegial recruitment exam in 2012 and was placed on a waiting list. When I was on maternity leave in 2016, I was called for a Socio-Economic Assistance Agent position. I agreed to meet with the manager. The interview went well, and the people who interviewed me were very friendly. There were no tricky or complicated questions.
