The interview was 3 Rounds. First, an HR Round where they asked general questions about work experience, motivation, hard skills, and legalities. The second round was with the German Team, focusing on past work experiences, software skills, and time management. The third round was with the Mexico/US Team, delving into sales-related knowledge and decision-making questions. Overall, it was a very structured interview with well-thought-out questions. Anna from HR was supportive and kept me updated, making the application process reliable.

It took a little over a month from when I applied until I heard back that I wasn't selected, and that was only after I reached out. First, I had a quick phone call with a recruiter where we talked about me, my background, and my career goals. About two weeks after that, I had an in-person interview. I met another recruiter, a manager in person, and one manager remotely on GoToMeeting. They showed me around the office, and then I went into a meeting room to talk with a manager on GoToMeeting. We had some trouble connecting at first because of his WiFi, but eventually, we talked. He mainly asked a bunch of 'tell me about a time when...' questions instead of having a real conversation. It felt really robotic and I think that might have been where things went wrong. Then, I met with another manager who would be supervising the role. He was really nice and we had a good conversation. He told me about the job, what to expect, and about work-life balance. We also talked about stuff outside of work, like our hobbies and what motivates us. I felt pretty good about that meeting and was hopeful about the next steps. He also said he thought I'd be a good fit because of my past experience. But then, after a period of no communication, I emailed the first recruiter. I was told that after talking with the team, they decided not to move forward. I asked for feedback, but never got any.

I applied and got an email the next day from a recruiter to do a personality assessment. About a week later, a recruiter called me for a quick phone screen. Then, I went in for an in-person interview and met with a sales manager and then the Director of Sales. They gave me a verbal offer and then sent an official offer letter a few days after. Overall, it was a smooth process and they were upfront about the role.
