The interview process involved an online interview with normal questions. They asked about my biggest weakness, biggest strength, why I want to work here, what a typical day at work would be like, what I've learned, my thoughts on management and workplace culture, the hardest part of the job, and the most enjoyable part of the job.

It was an online campus interview. It started with a HackerEarth coding round which had 2 coding questions, one easy and two hard. Then there were two technical rounds and finally an HR round. I got full marks on one hard question and partial on the other in the HackerEarth round, and that got me selected for the technical rounds. The first technical round was pretty easy and focused on my coding skills, lasting about 30 minutes. The second technical round was more about my projects and technical questions related to programming languages.

I got a phone call and they set up an interview at their main office. I met three people one after another and we talked about the job. They were all nice. I can't recall everything because it was a while ago, but the company really bummed me out since they never got back to me after the interviews. I really thought I did well in the interviews, and I talked to people for a long time. I drove over an hour to get there and back, and they knew that. Apparently, my location made me stand out. It was just super rude and disappointing, especially since the interview itself was a good experience. Maybe because it was an entry-level role, HR didn't take it too seriously?
