Behavioral Presentation Other

First, I had an initial chat with a recruiter. Then there was a long break for several weeks. After that, I went through a second interview, which was a phone screen/video call. The next step was a project that I had to complete. Finally, I presented this project during a panel video interview. No in-person interviews were involved. During the video conference, it seemed like some panel members weren't really paying attention and were chatting and joking amongst themselves. When it was time for Q&A after my presentation, I was asked questions that had already been covered in the presentation. Also, when I got the rejection feedback, some of their comments were clearly about someone else's presentation; they mentioned a product I didn't talk about and brought up points about my presentation that weren't actually there. It was a pretty bad interview experience overall, both in how they wasted people's time and how disrespectful they were during the actual interview.

The whole thing took about two weeks. Everyone was super nice and charismatic. They seem to really like outgoing and charismatic people. First, there were some online writing questions to check writing skills. Then, a quick 30-minute phone chat with HR, asking some HR questions and doing a role-play about explaining a social media platform to your grandma. If you pass that, there's an hour-long in-person interview where they dig deeper into your background, why you'd be a good fit, and another role-play where a customer asks for directions to the work site.

Behavioral Technical

We started with a phone screen to get to know each other and talk about the role. Then, there was an onsite interview which included a tour and a chat with recruitment and management. They asked some really thoughtful questions and were very friendly. The third interview involved working side by side and answering more questions. It would be helpful if the role details were more specific and if they took more time to explain things throughout the process. They seem like a great company and make you feel taken care of when you're there.

Behavioral Technical

They had me come into the office for an initial interview that's usually done over the phone. The person interviewing me intentionally let the conversation go off track to see if I could steer it back, which I didn't realize until after it was over. They gave me really helpful feedback though, so I learned a lot. It seems like a great place to work!
