First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Gosnold.
Case Manager
The interview felt pretty casual. They asked about my past work experience, my biggest struggle in my last job, and what I aimed to achieve if hired. The whole process from submitting my resume to the interview date took about a month.
- Were there any questions that were particularly hard to answer?
- Can you describe your previous employment?
- What was the most significant challenge you faced in your previous role?
Human Resources Generalist
I applied for the job through Indeed and got an interview right away. I drove 22 miles to meet with the team in person. After a few follow-up emails, they never got back to me. It seems like this company has a pattern of doing this. I definitely wouldn't want to work for them. I hope they treat their patients better though.
- What about this role caught your eye the most?
Director
I had several interviews with the CEO, but ultimately, they never followed up to let me know their decision. I made many follow-up calls but couldn't get a hold of anyone.
- In what ways do you believe you could impact the company?
Human Resources Generalist
I applied online and the HR VP reached out to me for a phone screen. She mentioned setting up an in-person interview at the end of the call. I had one interview with her and then another with her and the team. The offer came the following week.
- What draws you to Gosnold?
- Can you describe your concept of excellent Customer Service and its relevance to this position?
