Behavioral Presentation

The people I talked to were all really nice. They asked a lot of behavioral questions and had me do a mock cold call where I had to sell a random object in my room right there. The only weird part was that after my last interview, the recruiter just vanished for weeks and didn't tell me anything about decisions or next steps.

Behavioral Presentation Other

It felt more like an interrogation than a two-way interview. It started with an initial chat with HR from a sister company in Europe. Then, there was a remote panel interrogation by three team members from different departments. They had a list of questions ready and seemed very formulaic, with hardly any personal interaction. I only got a few minutes to ask my own questions because we'd gone over the allotted time, and the main stakeholder had already left for another meeting. A few days later, I followed up about feedback and whether I was progressing. I got a holding email saying they'd let me know, and then... nothing.

The process was pretty simple. I had a call with HR, then a call with the hiring manager, and finally met the team and hiring manager in person. The whole thing wrapped up in about 2 weeks, and I'm waiting to hear back now.

Had a phone screening call to assess general capabilities and check English proficiency. Followed by a Zoom interview with a recruiter who delved deeper to get to know me better. Finally, an interview with the hiring manager to address their remaining doubts.
