It was a virtual interview and it was about 30 minutes. The questions were simple: tell me about yourself and why I want to intern there. I would prepare by researching the company and explaining how this internship will help you grow as a business professional. Also, make sure to ask lots of questions.

I applied through Linkedin and they got in touch, asking me to do a retouching test. I did the test, which involved two images and took me about 4 hours. It was pretty straightforward: cutting out a product onto a white background and doing some hair work on a model. Unfortunately, I never heard back after submitting my work. I tried emailing the recruiter a few times, but I was completely ghosted. It was a really frustrating experience.

The interview process included an initial request to "brag" about myself, followed by questions about my astrological sign and compatibility with other signs. It concluded with a hypothetical question about what kind of tree I would be. This interview style was characteristic of what I'd expect from a company like Goop.
