Had a phone chat first, then went to the office for a face-to-face. Talked to HR and the hiring manager. Got a quick look around the place. Pretty standard process overall.

I was summoned for a 4-hour test from 8 AM to 12 PM. Then on the 4th day, there was a factory tour of the machine conditions and work environment, followed by an interview with an HR person who asked me about my professional background and my motivation.

The interview process was really organized, and the interviewers stuck to their script. I spoke with one person, a woman, who did a great job of asking the planned questions. She knew a lot and explained the company well. We talked about the job hours, pay, bonus plan, and benefits. She also went over the college tuition help for employees and their families.

After applying, HR reached out about 2 months later. Then, I had my first interview which was an hour with HR and my direct manager. Two weeks after that, I had a second interview, also an hour, with two of the direct managers. Two days after the second interview, HR called and sent over an offer letter. I was given a start date two weeks after I accepted, as they needed to complete a background check and drug test.
