First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Goodfellow Bros..
Field Engineer
I applied and heard back from them for a phone screen about a month later. The HR person asked me about what I was looking for in a job and if I was open to traveling for work. About three weeks after that, I got a standard email saying they weren't moving forward with my application. Honestly, I think they could give better feedback.
- What makes you want to join Goodfellow Bros.?
Project Engineer
It was a phone screening, a pretty standard group interview with HR, Engineers, and the Manager. They didn't ask any technical stuff, it was all behavioral and about logistics. The panel was really nice and professional.
- Can you tell us a bit about yourself?
- What led you to choose your major?
- Describe a situation where you had differing ideas from a coworker.
Estimator
The interview process was quite unusual. I was passed around to several different people in the office, and then the interview just suddenly ended. They didn't share much information about the role itself. When I asked about salary details, I was told to only discuss that with the external headhunter recruiter.
- Can you detail your software proficiencies?
